In order to improve the fusing characteristics of the fuse cover, the shape of the fuse electrode is optimally designed, and the material technology and processing technology of the fuse have been improved to achieve further thinning and multilayer lamination. As a result, six new products ranging from 110nH to the industry's highest value of 180nH have been added to the product line that used to only reach 100nH. This product is especially suitable for high-frequency circuit parts of mobile devices such as mobile phones and smart phones to give full play to its high efficiency characteristics.
With the successful development of this product, the fuse series is in the range of DC resistance (0.1~8.5ohmmax), rated current (above 200mA), and fuse, and its production line has 62 products of the E24 series.
The operating temperature range of this product is -55℃~+125℃. It is used in the high frequency circuit part of mobile communication equipment such as mobile phones, and it is also used in the signal circuit of high frequency wireless communication such as Bluetooth.
Main applications of fuse sets
High frequency circuits of mobile communication equipment such as mobile phones, smart phones, and cordless phones
Many domestic and foreign companies have begun to research and develop energy-saving products and fuse energy-saving systems. For example, Siemens' intelligent building system, IBM's intelligent power system, Schneider Electric's energy efficiency management platform, etc. There are also many domestic companies in the development of energy-saving systems.
At present, domestic and foreign lighting energy-saving technologies are realized by adopting new lighting sources and adopting new energy-saving lighting management. Fuse sets can save more than 1/3 of electricity consumption by using energy-saving lighting solutions. In fact, some advanced solutions can save up to 80% of power consumption. Modern lighting technologies such as smart ballasts, LEDs, and multiple sensors can also reduce the power consumption of existing lighting systems and improve economic benefits.
